LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Nebraska Lawyer Basic Doug Peterson has joined a multistate effort to prevent the addition of LGBTQ protections to Title IX.

On Thursday, the Biden administration proposed new procedures for Title IX, which include protections for LGBTQ pupils.

The improvements are intended to substitute a set of rules issued by Training Secretary Betsy DeVos all through the Trump administration.
